These terms apply to purchases made by consumers on the lovalanche.com online shop. Wedding dresses are not sold online: they are tried on and ordered by appointment at our boutique. The applicable terms are those in force when the order is confirmed.
1. Seller

2. Items
The items offered (lingerie, corsets and Boudoir Collection pieces, veils and accessories) are described and photographed with the greatest care. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Items are offered while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (French VAT of 20% included). Delivery within mainland France is free. Should any delivery costs apply, they would be shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Orders
You place an order by adding items to your cart, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a delivery method, accepting these terms and proceeding to payment. Before paying, you can check the details of your order and its total price, and correct any errors.
A confirmation email summarising your order is sent once payment is accepted. Creating an account is optional. If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe. No bank details pass through or are stored on our website. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Items remain our property until paid in full.
6. Delivery and pick-up
Items are delivered in mainland France, to the address given when ordering, by tracked Colissimo shipping. Items in stock at our boutique are dispatched within 3 working days of payment. Items not in stock at the boutique are shipped from the designer’s atelier and delivered within 14 working days of payment. For some pieces made to order, this may take longer: we will confirm the delivery time by email after your order.
In any event, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order. Otherwise, you may cancel the order under article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code and receive a full refund.
Items can also be collected free of charge at our boutique, 3 rue du Président Carnot, 69002 Lyon, once you receive the email saying your order is ready. If a parcel is damaged or incomplete, please note it with the carrier and inform us within 48 hours. Full details are on our Shipping and returns page.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason, by sending us a clear statement by email to lovalanchelyon@gmail.com. You may use the withdrawal form at the end of these terms, but you are not required to.
Items must be returned within 14 days of that statement, new, unworn, unwashed, with their labels and in their original packaging, to: LOVALANCHE, 3 rue du Président Carnot, 69002 Lyon, France. You may also bring them back to the boutique. Return costs are borne by you. Lingerie and corsets should be tried on as you would in a fitting room, over your underwear and without removing the labels. In accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you are liable for any loss in value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning: for an item that has been worn, washed, stained, perfumed, damaged or had its labels removed, the refund may be reduced by that loss in value, up to its full value if it can no longer be sold.
The refund, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), is made within 14 days of receiving your statement, at the latest upon receipt of the items or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to measure or clearly personalised.
8. Warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity: you have two years from delivery to act. Any lack of conformity appearing within this period is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise. You may choose between repair and replacement of the item, free of charge, unless your choice entails a clearly disproportionate cost. If repair or replacement is impossible, or is not carried out within 30 days of your request, you may obtain a price reduction or cancel the sale with a refund (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code).
Guarantee against hidden defects: you may act within two years of discovering the defect and choose between cancelling the sale and a price reduction (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

9. Personal data
The data collected when you order is used to process and deliver it and for customer relations. It is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Complaints and governing law
For any complaint, write to us at lovalanchelyon@gmail.com or to the boutique address: we always look for an amicable solution first. These terms are written in French and governed by French law; this English version is provided for information. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those provided for by law, including the court of your place of residence.
